My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room I had, the San Juan suite, was exactly as described on their website and decorated in a charming Puerto Rico style. It was spacious, cozy, and the perfect place to relax, especially during bad weather. The service was top-notch; the staff was incredibly friendly and always there to assist with anything we needed. The location right in the heart of Saugatuk, MI, was ideal for exploring the area and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
